Effective Date: June 28, 2025Ggfolio ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our Google Sheets™ Add-on ("Add-on").1. Information We CollectWe only collect the minimum data necessary to provide and improve our services.Depending on how you use the Add-on, we may collect:
• Google Account Information: Such as your email address, to associate preferences or settings.
• Google Sheets™ Data: The Add-on may read, modify, or store data within the spreadsheet where the add-on is used, as needed for functionality.
• Settings and Preferences: Configuration data you set in the Add-on interface.We do not collect or store:
• Your Google Drive™ files outside the specific Google Sheets™ documents you use with our Add-on
• Sensitive personal data (unless explicitly needed and disclosed)2. How We Use Your InformationWe use your information solely to:
• Provide the core functionality of the Add-on
• Respond to user inquiries and support requests
• Improve and maintain the Add-onWe do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties except as required by law.3. Data Storage and SecurityIf any data is stored (e.g., settings or logs), it is:
• Stored only within your Google Sheets™ document or associated Google AppsScript™ environment, and never on our servers
• Retained only as long as necessary for the operation of the Add-onSensitive Data and Data Protection Mechanisms:• All processing of your spreadsheet data and investment account data, occurs locally within your Google™ account and Google Sheets™ environment.
• The Add-on does not transmit your spreadsheet data or investment account data, including sensitive data, to any external servers controlled by us.
• Access to your data is strictly limited to the permissions you grant via Google’s OAuth consent process.
• Sensitive data (such as account numbers) is only processed as needed for functionality and is masked or minimized whenever possible.
• Communication between the Add-on and Google services is encrypted using industry-standard HTTPS/TLS protocols.
• We follow Google’s Limited Use requirements for sensitive and restricted API scopes, and do not use your data for advertising or unrelated purposes.We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Since all data processing occurs within your Google account and is governed by Google’s security infrastructure, your data benefits from Google’s robust security protections.4. Third-Party AccessThis Add-on complies with Google’s Limited Use requirements for sensitive and restricted API scopes. We do not allow unauthorized third-party access to your data. If the Add-on uses third-party APIs (e.g., financial data providers), they will be disclosed explicitly within the Add-on interface.5. Use of the Schwab Individual Trader APIThis Add-on uses the Schwab Individual Trader API to retrieve your Schwab Investment Account data and process it in the Google Sheets™ document where the Add-on in installed, including:
• Account balances and investment positions
• Account numbers, which are stored only in a masked ("last four digits") format.The Add-on does not use the Schwab Individual Trader API to modify your Schwab account or account data in any way.The Add-on does not use the Schwab Individual Trader API to issue or execute trades under any circumstances.You must request and establish access to the Schwab Individual Trader API directly with Schwab on the Schwab Developer Portal and your use thereof is subject to Schwab's Privacy Policy.6. Your ConsentBy installing and using our Add-on, you consent to this Privacy Policy. You may revoke the Add-on’s permissions at any time via your Google™ Account settings.7. Changes to This PolicyWe may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify users via the Add-on interface or our website.In particular, this policy applies to the Ggfolio Beta Add-on, which may be superseded by a General Availability product in the future, with a different Privacy Policy.8.
